Read below regarding the Bank Draft Authorization

By completing this form, you authorize the City of Arp to initiate a debit entry to your Checking/Savings account at the Financial Institution indicated below, and authorize any adjustments (if applicable) for any transactions credited/debited in error. This authorization will remain in effect until the City of Arp is notified, by you, in writing to cancel it in such time as to afford the City of Arp and the Financial Institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it. Payments will be drafted before the 10th of each month.
