Agendas are available prior to meetings. Minutes are available following approval.

Agenda Items Request

Agenda item request forms are available at City Hall or online. The completed form must be received by the City Secretary’s office no later than noon on the Wednesday prior to the regular Council meeting you have requested to attend.

The form must include:

• Name
• Address
• Telephone number
• Fax number, if available
• Specific request
