The City of Arp is currently hiring for an experienced On-Site Observer, familiar with HDD, HDPE pipe and other related duties, in order to document work, installation and regulatory compliance issues associated with drinking water line, valve and related appurtenances.  Work must conform to industry standards of record keeping and certifying compliance with approved design criteria.  Please contact the City of Arp at 903-859-6131, for information on how to apply.
